The Church of Almighty God Hymn | "Accept the Judgment of Christ of the Last Days to Be Purified"
You know Jesus shall descend during the last days,
but how exactly will He do this?
Can a sinner like you, who’s now redeemed
but not perfected, be after God’s heart?
For you, still of your old self, you were saved by Jesus,
not counted as a sinner because of God’s salvation.
This does not mean you’re free of sin.
Can you be saintly if never changed?
The second incarnation is no longer a sin offering,
but rather to save fully those redeemed from sin.
So those forgiven may be cleaned and freed from sin,
disposition changed, breaking free of Satan’s grasp,
then return before God’s throne.
Only in this way can man be fully sanctified.
You’re troubled by impurity, selfish and mean,
yet you wish to descend with Jesus, good luck!
You’ve missed a step in your belief in God:
You’re merely redeemed but not changed.
For you to be after God’s heart,
He must do the work Himself to change and cleanse you.
If you’re only redeemed, you cannot be holy,
unqualified to share in the good blessings of God.
For you’ve missed a step in God’s management,
the key step of changing and perfecting man.
And so you, a sinner who’s been redeemed,
cannot receive God’s inheritance.
