Christian Video "Have You Truly Repented?──How Far Is The Gate of the Kingdom of Heaven From Us?

The Lord Jesus said, "Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17).

It can be seen from the words of God that only true repentance is eligible to enter the kingdom of heaven. Then what is true repentance?

Many people think that as long as we pray with the Lord to confess our sins, and according to God's words practice tolerance, humility, patience, suffering and carrying the cross, spreading the gospel, and doing many good deeds, that is true repentance. But is this really the case? After watching this sketch, I realized that the change in behavior alone is not true repentance. What exactly is true repentance? The true and humorous performance of the brothers and sisters in the sketch reveals the answer for us!

Once, Zhang Ming'en was a preacher at a house church. He believed in the Lord for many years, and for all that time, he preached, worked, suffered, and expended for the Lord. After he accepted God's work of the last days, he was able to accept and submit to any duty arranged for him by the church, and he believed that through these good deeds, he had achieved genuine repentance and change. But, in a church election, Zhang Ming'en watched as other brothers and sisters were chosen as church leaders and deacons, while he was given the duty of hosting meetings. Although outwardly he appeared to accept and submit, he was very unhappy with it. When his wife exposes the fact that he hasn't sincerely repented and changed, Zhang Ming'en is deeply confused: If behavioral change can't be called genuine repentance and change, then just what is genuine repentance and change? Watch the skit Have You Truly Repented? to find out the answers.
